mast foot problem?

Hello Dehlya sailor,

After the early autumn storms of last couple of days I found some water drips (see photo).

Would this be a problem with the mast foot?

You can also see an edge of dirt on the forward side of the keel housing / ceiling.

Did any one experiences this before or have ideas?

In case the photo is not clear:
You see the top of the keel housing, in the cabin, forward side of the boat.

Any one any ideas or suggestions where the water could come from?

I think this is due to the bolt from the mast foot
Remove screws and seal.
